The body was coated with a Kevlar standed filler and then block- sanded numerous times until the sheetmetal was straight from all angles to a minimum thickness.   This was followed up by an urethane primer/surfacer and was blocksanded up to 500 grit.

The vehicle was painted with single stage urethane paint and the color-sanded and buffed to a mirror finish.
